Terrific and clean place
Extremely helpful and very amiable staff. Absolutely perfect location to The Loop Business Center. Short walk to good restaurants. Well-stocked and brand-new room with a King bed. Cold drinks in the on-site bar. Plenty of outstanding options for meal. The pool area is great too. I had a great time at Le Meridien St. Louis Clayton. The hotel is fantastic, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect for business travelers. The room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I enjoyed the convenience of having good restaurants within walking distance and the on-site bar serving cold drinks. The pool area was a nice touch, adding to the overall positive experience.

Front desk staff was great! Beds were comfy, room was quiet.
For the hotel not to have free wi-fi is annoying and, frankly, puzzling. And the cleaning and re-stocking of supplies (towels, glasses, coffee) was uneven (sometimes done, sometimes not) for the four nights we were there.

Clean and comfortable, gracious and friendly staff, close to zoo etc. Lobby annex with computers, fireplace, easy chairs.
Only this: long waits at the elevators.

The location and the internet facilities in the lobby
The parking set-up. They charged every day for guests but on the week-end anyone could use the parking facilities free. Also, I think it is ludicrous to put two bottles of water in the room and charge $3.50 if they are used.

Spacious rooms with all the essentials - think climate control, a personal safe, and a big flat-screen TV 📺.

Noisy teenagers--not the fault of the hotel, just the location next to university.

My husband and I enjoyed being on the club level with the convenience of the buffet breakfast and the availability of a computer for our use on the same floor. We also liked the colors and decor in the room.
Our room was a bit small -- it would have been nice to have a little more space and an extra arm chair.

Modern hotel, breakfast was exceptionally good, unbeatable location conveniently close to the airport as well as downtown. The staff was especially helpful, absolutely courteous, and responded promptly to requests. We stayed in an a double room and loved a big bathroom. It was overlooking city the view was beautiful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, but there weren't enough of them on duty. Constantly had to wait for everything. Was rarely a valet there when I needed one.
Room was marginal at best. Way overpriced for what was delivered.
